What is QR code and how it works?
A QR code (Quick Response code) is a barcode, a machine-readable optical label containing information about the item to which it is attached. In practice, QR codes often contain data for a locator, identifier, or tracker that points to a website or application. A QR code uses four standardized encoding modes (numeric, alphanumeric, byte/binary, and kanji) to store data efficiently.
A QR code consists of black squares arranged in a square grid on a white background, which can be read by an imaging device such as a camera, and processed using Reed–Solomon error correction until the image can be appropriately interpreted.

Hello,
thank you for the how to!
how long does duch a qr code work? is their an expiry date?
regards,
marius
The QR itself has no expiry but it will only work as long as the webpage it points to is live.
Do the QR codes created from Edge have unlimited scans?
This doesn’t work for my version of Edge. I go to the flags address and the option is not there. I even search for QR and nothing comes up. This should be a native feature like it is in Chrome. Yet another reason Chrome is better than Edge.
