Intune Company Portal Branding Customization Options

Let’s understand how Intune Company Portal Branding Customization works. You can create up to 10 groups targeted custom policies. These settings will apply to the Company Portal apps, Company Portal website, and Intune app on Android.

Before, creating custom policies for Company portal branding, you need to understand the following points:

• When assigned, this type of custom policy overrides the default policy.
• If you assign more than one of these custom policies to a user, the user will get the first policy you created.
• You can create a maximum of 10 policies.​

Create Custom Policy

Let’s create a custom company portal branding policies.

• Open – https://endpoint.microsoft.com/ portal
• Select Tenant Administration > Customization.
• Click on the Custom button.

NOTE – I don’t recommend editing the default policy.

• Description – Custom HTMD Branding Policy

• Organization name​ – HTMD
• Theme color – ffffff
• Show in the header – Organization logo and name
• Upload logo for theme color background
  • Max image size: 400 x 400 px. Max file size: 750 KB. File type: PNG, JPG, or JPEG.​
• Upload logo for white or light background​
  • Max image size: 400 x 400 px. Max file size: 750 KB. File type: PNG, JPG, or JPEG.​
• Upload brand image​
  • Recommended image width: Greater than 1125 px. Max file size: 1.3 MB. File type: PNG, JPG, or JPEG.​
